Abstract
The purpose of this Decree of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 21 articles and five Annexes, is to encourage agricultural producers and fish farmers to maximize their production to overcome the negative consequences of natural disasters in agriculture and aquaculture. State support under this Decree shall be provided to the beneficiaries in agriculture and fisheries which are defined in art. 1 of this Decree. Annex 1 provides the list of types of agricultural production which is co-financed by insurance premiums.
