Decree on the co-financing of insurance premiums for the insurance of primary agricultural production and fisheries.

This Decree determines the purpose, beneficiaries, conditions and procedure for granting aid for the payment of insurance premiums for the insurance of primary agricultural production, namely for the insurance of crops, plantations and fruits against the risk of hail, fire, lightning, frost, flood and gale force winds and storm, to insure material damage to assets in primary agricultural production against the risk of hail, storm, gale-force winds and heavy snow, and to insure animals on the farm in case of illness (hereinafter referred to as: insurance of primary agricultural production) for the implementation of the Commission Regulation (EU) no. 702/2014 of 25 June 2014 on the declaration of certain types of aid in the agricultural and forestry sector and in rural areas as compatible with the internal market by applying Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and here in purpose for means of the national
