Abstract
This Decree in accordance with Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment and management of flood risks, here sets the conditions and limitations for interventions in the space and implementation of activities in areas threatened by floods and related erosion of inland waters and the sea, for interventions in the environment that may endanger the water environment in the event of floods and related erosion, and for planning the use of space and preventive measures for reducing the risk of flooding.
