Decree on the implementation of the Regulation (EC) on the protection of animals at the time of slaughter.

This Decree determines the powers of supervision over the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1099/2009 on the protection of animals at the time of killing, including competences regarding the organization of training for personnel who carry out the killing of animals, procedures related to the killing of animals, conditions for the recognition of qualifications equivalent to certificates of competence; regarding training for stunning and killing farmed game, providing scientific support, appointing a contact point, and regarding misdemeanors for violations of the provisions of Regulation 1099/2009/EC.
