Abstract
This Decree, as regards the administration of the Republic of Slovenia, here determines specific offenses and related penalties and deriving sanctions for the implementation of several European Union documents in the field of the Common Fisheries Policy. These implemented documents are listed as follows: Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 3440/84 on the attachment of devices to trawls, Danish seines and similar nets; Council Regulation (EC) No. 850/98 for the conservation of fishery resources through technical measures for the protection of juveniles of marine organisms; Council Regulation (EC) No. 1185/2003 on the removal of fins of sharks on board vessels; Council Regulation (EC) No. 2187/2005 for the conservation of fishery resources through technical measures in the Baltic Sea, the Belts and the Sound, amending Regulation (EC) No. 1434/98 and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 88/98; Council Regulation (EC) No. 1967/2006 concerning management measures for the sustainable exploitation of fishery resources in the Mediterranean Sea, amending Regulation (EEC) No. 2847/93 and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1626/94; Council Regulation (EC) No. 520/2007 laying down technical measures for the conservation of certain stocks of highly migratory species and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 973/2001; Council Regulation (EC) No. 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy, amending Regulations (EC) No. 847/96, (EC) No. 2371/2002, (EC) No. 811/2004, (EC) No. 768/2005, (EC) No. 2115/2005, (EC) No. 2166/2005, (EC) No. 388/2006, (EC) No. 509/2007, (EC) No. 676/2007, (EC) No. 1098/2007, (EC) No. 1300/2008, (EC) No. 1342/2008 and repealing Regulations (EEC) No. 2847/93, (EC) No. 1627/94 and (EC) No. 1966/2006; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 404/2011 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system, for ensuring compliance with the rules of the Common Fisheries Policy; Regulation (EU) No. 1379/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products, amending Council Regulations (EC) No. 1184/2006 and (EC) No. 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 104/2000; Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Common Fisheries Policy, amending Council Regulations (EC) No. 1954/2003 and (EC) No. 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulations (EC) No. 2371/2002 and (EC) No. 639/2004 and Council Decision 2004/585/EC; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/98 on the implementation of the Union's international obligations, as referred to in Article 15 (2) of Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, under the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries. Official supervision of the implementation of this regulation, decision-making on misdemeanors and allocation of the appropriate number of points is carried out by the fisheries inspector.
