Abstract
This Decree determines the manner of cooperation between the State Attorney's Office of the Republic of Slovenia and the managers of the future assets of the state during probate proceedings, in the cases of certain land ownership and land tenure procedural issues also in relation with the need s of the Act on National Farm Land and Forest Fund and Law on the management of forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia.
