Regulation amending the Regulation on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down some addenda and amendments to the Regulation on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production in accordance with Council Directive 2008/90/EC on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production. In particular, the present Regulation establishes categories of propagating material and transplants (supplemented art. 3a) and amends requirements for the marketing of propagating material and transplants (amended art. 4, 5 and 6). Propagating and planting material may be marketed if it has been officially recognized as the original, basic or certified material or if it meets the requirements of this regulation as requirements for Conformitas Agraria Communitatis CAC) material.
