Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down rules governing the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production. These rules include: (1) categories of propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production, and conditions that must be met by individual categories in relation to quality, health and varietal identity; (2) requirements regarding packaging and labeling of propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production; (3) requirements for suppliers; (4) procedure of official certification and inspection of propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production. This Regulation is composed of 30 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Requirements for the marketing of propagating and planting material (Sec. 2); Requirements for suppliers (Sec. 3); Certification of propagating and planting material (Sec. 4); Control of suppliers (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6).
