Abstract
This Regulation defines rules regarding the licenses for transporters, the training of animal drivers and accompanying persons, the approval of road vehicles and vessels for the transport of farm animals, the provision of transport priority for the transport of farm animals, the determination of suckling animals and the minimum ceiling height for the transport of certain farm animals for the implementation of the Council Regulation (EC) 1/2005 of 22 December 2004 on the protection of animals during transport and procedures related to it.
