Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 11 articles, lays down provisions governing the transport of live animals, and in particular licensing of carriers operating commercial transport of animals, checking and approval of road vehicles and vessels for transportation. This Regulation specifies also details on the training of drivers and establishes the record of carriers, vehicles and drivers of animals. The Annex specifies the form of application for a carrier of animals.
