Regulation on uniform principles for evaluation and authorization of plant protection products.

This Regulation was prepared by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food in agreement with the Minister of Health and the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning. This Regulation lays down uniform principles for evaluation and authorization of chemical plant protection products and uniform principles for evaluation and authorization of plant protection products containing microorganisms. The objective of the evaluation is to identify and assess potential adverse effects on human health, animal health and the environment of the use of plant protection products. This Regulation is composed of ten articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Uniform principles for evaluation and authorization of plant protection products (Sec. 2); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 3).
