Act no. 117/2010 amending and supplementing the Act on the protection of nature and landscapes and amending and supplementing the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment.

The first part of this Act amends 82 points of the Act on the protection of nature and landscapes. In particular, the Act establishes provisions concerning protection of habitats (art. 6 of the amended Act), European network of protected areas (art. 28), exceptions to the conditions of protected areas and buffer zones (art. 29), provisions concerning protected plants (art. 34) and protected animals (art. 35). The second part of this Act amends 13 points of the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment regulating the procedure to be followed for EIA.
