Act no. 138/2010 on forest reproductive material.

This Act, which is composed of 35 articles and 15 Annexes, establishes: (a) requirements for reproductive material of forest tree species and their hybrids for the artificial forest restoration, afforestation and other forestry purposes; (b) requirements for sources of forest reproductive material and their protection; (c) requirements for the collection of forest reproductive material and its marketing; (d) conditions of the use of forest reproductive material in artificial forest regeneration and afforestation; (e) rights and obligations of persons in activities related to forest reproductive material; (f) conditions of trade of forest reproductive material between the European Union member states, for the import of forest reproductive material from countries that are not member states of the European Union, and export of forest reproductive material to countries that are not member states of the European Union; (g) competences of state administration and the state control in the production of forest reproductive material and its marketing; (h) supervising the production of forest reproductive material and its marketing; (i) penalties for violating obligations in the production of forest reproductive material and its marketing.
