Decree amending the Decree implementing some provisions of the Act on the protection of nature and landscapes.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment establishes the index of biotopes of European importance, biotopes of national importance and priority biotopes (specified originally in Annex 1 of the amended decree); the index of protected plants, protected animals and priority varieties (Annex 5 of amended Decree); the index of species of birds for which the selected prohibitions of variety protection do not apply (Annex 6 of amended Decree).
