Decree amending Decree implementing some provisions of the Act on the protection of nature and landscapes.

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree implementing some provisions of the Act on the protection of nature and landscapes. In particular the present Decree establishes: the list of invasive animal species and invasive plant species and methods of their elimination (replaced art. 2 and Annex 2); the list of non-native species of animals that can be released into the free nature and the list of non-native species of plants that can be planted or grown outside the urban zone (replaced art. 3); requirements for registration of protected animals and protected plants which are kept outside of the natural environment (supplemented art. 14a).
