Decree amending Decree on waste registration duty and reporting obligation.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on waste registration duty and reporting obligation. In particular the replaced Annex 2 establishes the new form of report on waste generation and disposal which should be prepared if a waste producer collects annually more than 50 kg of hazardous waste or more than one ton of other waste. The replaced Annex 14 sets out the new form of reporting on the processing and recycling of spent batteries and accumulators.
