Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 25 articles and 24 Annexes, lays down requirements for registration duty and reporting obligation for individual types of waste, and in particular: report on waste generation and disposal (art. 3 and Annex 2 and 3); report on quantity of collected waste tires (art. 4 and Annex 4); report on material flow of packaging waste that is not part of municipal waste (art. 5 and Annex 5); record on waste recovery and disposal facilities (art. 6 and Annex 6); record of landfill waste (art. 7 and Annex 7); record on the collection and disposal of metal waste (art. 9); record on transported hazardous waste (art. 11 and Annex 12); record and report on batteries and accumulators and used batteries and accumulators (art. 13 and Annex 14); record and report on electrical devices (art. 14 and Annex 15); record and report on packaging waste management (art. 15 and Annex 16); record and report on waste treatment (art. 20 and Annex 20); record and report on processing of old vehicles (art. 21 and Annex 23).
