Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of the Economy, which is composed of 12 articles and six Annexes, regulates: (1) the procedure for calculating the national energy efficiency target for 2020 (specified in Annex 1); (2) the procedure for calculating energy savings to meet the national energy efficiency target; (3) the procedure for calculating energy savings to meet the energy end-use target for the final consumer; (4) the durability of measures to improve energy efficiency.
