Abstract
The Government Ordinance, which is composed of 15 articles and four Annexes, establishes animal health requirements applicable to the marketing, trade with other European Community Member States and importation from third countries of semen of domestic bovine animals. This Ordinance does not apply to semen taken and processed in the Slovak Republic or another European Community Member State before 1 January 1990.
