Abstract
The Government Ordinance, which is composed of 21 articles and four Annexes, sets out provisions concerning: families and groups of fruit plants and their propagation material which must fulfill the production and marketing conditions and requirements established by the Act on varieties and seeds; quality and sanitary requirements of propagation material and fruit plants; requirements for the production of propagation material and fruit plants; conditions of marketing of propagation material and fruit plants; conditions of control of imported propagation material and fruit plants; details on packaging and labelling of propagation material and fruit plants; way and scope of control of the quality of propagation material and fruit plants placed on the market.
