Ordinance amending and supplementing the Ordinance on protection measures against the introduction of organisms which are harmful to plants or plant products.

This Government Ordinance establishes the new form of application for authorization to issue plant passports, specifying the new list of plants, plant products or other items intended for protected zones. The Ordinance establishes also the standard list of costs of import of plants, plant products or other items. The costs of checking documents, checking identification and control of sanitary state should be presented to the inspection department.
