This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 22 articles, establishes: (i) protection measures against the introduction of organisms which are harmful to plants or plant products into the territory of the Slovak Republic and territories of other Member States of the European Union; (ii) protection measures against the spread of harmful organisms within the territories of Member States caused by the transportation of plants, plant products or other objects; (iii) procedures for issuing plant protection certificates for the exportation of plant or plant products.
