Regulation of 1 September 1993 on designing, carrying on and evaluating of geological works.

This Regulation implements the Mining Act by providing for the design, implementation and evaluation of geological works aimed at survey and exploration of mineral resources. The Regulation concerns authorizations and documentation necessary for carrying out such works, the manner in which such works shall be carried out, related record keeping and evaluation of the results of geological works.
