Abstract
This Notification repealed the Notification of Ministry of Public Health No.86 /B.E. 2528 (1985) regarding to Food for Infant dated on 10 January 1985.
Food for infant and food of uniform formula for infant and small children shall be specifically controlled food (Art.2). Article 4 – 6 provide for qualities or standards to be satisfied by food for infant and food of uniform formula for infant and small children. Food for infant and food of uniform formula for infant and small children shall not be processed by radiation or shall have no ingredients that have been radiated (art.8).
The remaining Articles provide for food additives and labeling and packing thereof.
