Abstract
This Circular lays down procedures and principles for import of fertilizers. This Circular shall apply to fertilizers in the scope of Regulation on Organic, Mineral and Microbial Fertilizers Used in Agriculture. This Circular sets forth provisions on the certification of imported products subject to the release free for circulation, inward processing regime, processing under customs control and temporary admission. These certifications are issued by the General Directorate of Plant Production and Provincial Directorates under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
