Abstract
This Circular states that medicinal leech (Hirudo verbana), red mullet (Mullus barbatus), and Black Sea Flounder fry (Platichthys flesus luscus) will be registered. Furthermore, genetic research will be conducted on fish species to be registered. The morphological, biological, genetic and other properties of medicinal leech (Hirudo verbana), red mullet (Mullus barbatus), and Black Sea Flounder fry (Platichthys flesus luscus)are specified in the Annex.
