Regulation on the registration of aquatic genetic resources.

This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of the registration of aquatic genetic resources in the inland seas and territorial seas of the Republic of Turkey. The regulation further establishes a secretariat under the General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policy to operate as the responsible authority in the area of aquatic genetic resources. The Regulation consists 4 Chapters: Purpose Scope and Definitions (I), Provisions on the Duties of the Secretariat, of the Committee, Sub-Committee and the Working Groups (II), Code of Practice for the Registration (III), Final Provisions (IV).
