Abstract
This Decree aims at ensuring sustainability of small-scale family businesses. This Decree sets forth procedures and principles on supporting producers that provide below mentioned requirements: (i) to be registered in Farmer Registration System, (ii) scale of enterprises should be below 5 decares and (iii) to grow fruit, vegetables, ornamental plants, medicinal plants and aromatic plants. This decree has been drafted in accordance with the Article 19 of the Agriculture Law No. 5488 upon the request of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock.
