Abstract
This Notification aims at increasing plant production, ensuring sustainability, increasing efficiency, improving quality and developing alternative agricultural techniques. This Notification sets forth principles and procedures of authorized institutions and organizations and state support for fertilizer, organic farming, good agricultural practices, small-scale family businesses engaged in plant production, forage crops, utilization of certified seed, sapling and strawberry plants, rehabilitation of olive cultivation areas and production of certified seed and sapling.

Entry into force notes
The provisions on supporting small-scale family businesses engaged in plant production enter into force as of 16 December 2015 and other provisions enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette as of 1 January 2016.

The provisions of this Notification are governed by the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock.
