Abstract
This Decree aims at (i) ensuring agricultural sustainability, (ii) supporting young entrepreneurs, (iii) increasing incomes, (iv) creating alternative sources of income and (v) contributing to rural youth employment. This Decree shall apply to young farmers’ projects on production of vegetation, animal, medicinal and aromatic plants.
