Abstract
This Decree aims at establishing large-scale enterprises engaged in bovine breeding, increasing the capacity of existing enterprises, meeting the needs for heifer breeding domestically, increasing efficiency and quality in dairy production and preventing the flight of capital. This Decree shall apply to enterprises that have sanitary certificate for heifer breeding and sales.
