Abstract
This Notification aims at establishing large-scale enterprises engaged in bovine breeding, increasing the capacity of existing enterprises, meeting the domestic needs for heifer breeding, increasing efficiency and quality in dairy production and preventing the flight of capital. This Notification shall apply to enterprises that have sanitary certificate for heifer breeding and sales and are registered to TURKVET system at least for 3 years.
