Abstract
The purpose of this Directive is to determine the duties and responsibilities of the Ministry's central and provincial organizations and affiliated and relevant institutions and organizations in order to take the necessary measures to prevent or minimize the damage to human health and the environment against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats and hazards that may occur domestically or abroad and affect the country, and to ensure that the interventions and activities to be carried out by the Ministry are carried out effectively. This Directive lays down the duties and responsibilities of the Vice Minister; the General Directorates of food safety, livestock, plant production, fisheries and aquaculture, agricultural reform, agricultural research and policy and water management; General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works; General Directorate of Forestry; General Directorate of Turkish Grain Board; General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises; Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution; General Directorate of Meat and Milk Institution; General Directorate of Tea Enterprises; and Provincial Directorates and Provincial CBRN Teams.
