Directive on the organization, functions, powers, working procedures and principles of the Security and Emergency Situations Coordination Center.

This Directive lays down detailed rules as regards the organization, functions, powers, working procedures and principles of the Security and Emergencies Coordination Center. It shall apply to the preparation of emergency planning, which includes activities to be carried out before, during, and after emergencies arising from nature, people and technology with an integrated management approach, and the implementation of related measures. It also covers the provision of coordination and cooperation among the Ministry's central units, affiliated organizations, governorships, other ministries, institutions and organizations, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations that may have duties and responsibilities in this process.
