Abstract
This Law aims at efficient use of water resources by operating and using water facilities which are constructed by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works within its approval, as well as being responsible of maintenance and management of these facilities, and by developing projects. This Law is composed of 5 Sections including 23 Articles. This Law sets forth provisions on establishment, duties, authorities, structure, budget, incomes and expenses, and membership of the Irrıgation Union.
