Abstract
This Notification sets out administrative fines as laid down in Article 16 of the Electricity Market Law No. 6446, with an increase at the revaluation rate of 2024. Administrative fines shall be imposed for the violation of the Electricity Market Law, regulations or license provisions, the decisions and instructions of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.
