Abstract
This Notification makes minor changes in the Notification on the designation of Provincial Directorates of Food Agriculture and Livestock and Customs Offices authorized for the official control and entrance of specific products under the control of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock. This Notification adds Paragraph 5 to the Article 4 as “imported plant and herbal products that are rejected will be analyzed taking into consideration the reasons of rejection. According to the results of analysis if the rejected products are same as the exported products, the entry of these products to the customs territory of Turkey will be allowed.” Furthermore this Notification makes minor changes regarding regional customs offices in the Annex.
