Abstract
This Regulation designates the Provincial Directorates of Food Agriculture and Livestock to control the entrance in the country of food, feed and materials and articles in contact with food under the coverage of the Regulation on official controls of imported food and feed of plant origin of 2011. The Directorates and the customs offices designated by this Regulation are also responsible for customs controls of animals and animal products covered by the Regulation on the animals and products subject to veterinary control at their entrance to the country of 2011 and the controls of plants and plant products covered by the Regulation on plant quarantine of 2011. Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 designate the Directorate and Customs Office for each province.

Entry into force notes
The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette. Article 3 of this Notification enters into force three months after the Notification is published in the Official Gazette.
