Notification on emergency plan oriented for risk reduction of major industrial accidents.

This Notification sets forth procedures and principles of emergency preparedness plans that should be prepared by the establishments where hazardous substances are in excess of the quantities. This Regulation aims at planning and organizing emergency situations and taking measures to lessen the adverse impacts of potential accidents to people, environment and property.
