Abstract
This Notification makes a minor change by adding Paragraph 2 to the Article 3 as "the export of fire extinguishers listed in Annex-3A containing specific ozone-depleting substances listed in the Paragraph 1 of Article 3 shall be subject to the authorization of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization".
