Abstract
This Notification provides for the principles and procedures of exports of ozone depleting substances. The Notification is drafted in accordance with the decisions taken regarding the export of ozone depleting substances at Vienna Convention for the Protection of Ozone Layer, 20 June 1990 and Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer, 19 December 1991 and in accordance with the amendments of London, Copenhagen, Montreal and Beijing.
