Notification on the import of fertilizers (Import: 2025/16).

This Notification regulates the import of fertilizers listed in Annexes 1 and 2. In case the fertilizers under the scope of this Notification are subject to release free for circulation, inward processing regime, processing under customs control, and temporary admission, a compliance certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is required by the Customs Administration. The goods in Annex-2, which have gained free circulation status in the European Union, are free for import. The goods under the scope of this Notification are not subject to compliance certificate for the import if they are not used as fertilizers. The relevant provisions of Anti-smuggling Law No. 5607 and Customs Law No. 4458 shall be applied for those who act contrary to this Notification and those who make false or misleading statements.
