The Notification sets forth the principles and procedures for the establishment, operation and supervision of licensed hazelnut warehouses, aiming at: facilitating hazelnut trade, ensuring safety and maintaining the quality of hazelnuts. It also covers procedural provisions on the licences and on insurances.
