Regulation regarding licensed warehouses for agricultural products.

This Regulation provides rules for the establishment, activities, operation and inspection of licensed warehouse enterprises, issuance of product documents, and the procedures and principles regarding the licensed warehousing system. The purposes of this Regulation are: (I) to determine the standards of agricultural products subject to licensed warehousing, (II) to ensure that they are stored in safe and healthy conditions to maintain the quality of agricultural products, and (III) to facilitate their trade through product documents. The Regulation also covers procedural provisions on the application and issuing of licences and on insurances. It also covers provisions on financial matters such as license fees, and assurances for storages.
