Abstract
This Notification lays down rules for the minimum requirements of the licensed warehouse to store milk; procedures and principles of storage; and the activities on milk in the licensed warehouse. This Notification shall apply to storable milk in compliance with the standards in the relevant legislations and the Turkish Food Codex, in order to protect human health. This Notification aims at facilitating trade in the dairy sector, and ensuring safety and maintaining the quality of dairy products during their storage.
