Abstract
This Notification sets forth procedures and principles of the obligations of establishments regarding preparation of documents on major accident prevention policy. This Notification shall apply to lower-tier establishments. The coverage of the document, including information about establishment, key elements of the document and safety management system, is shown in the Annex.
