Abstract
The aim of this Notification is to ensure that butter, milk butter based products and clarified butter are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification further sets forth the features of butter,clarified butter and butter products and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales.
