Abstract
This Notification lays down rules as regards food additives, flavorings, contaminants, pesticides residues, veterinary drugs residues, hygiene, packaging, labelling, transport, storage, sampling and analysis methods, and coccidiostat and histomonostat residues for the products within the scope of this Notification. Furthermore, milk, yoghurt or cream used in the products within the scope of this Notification shall comply with the Regulation on special hygiene rules for food of animal origin, Turkish Food Codex Notification on fermented milk products and the Turkish Food Codex Notification No. 2003/34 on cream and kaymak.
