Abstract
The aim of this Notification is to ensure that olive oil and prina oil are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It sets forth the product features of pasta and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales. The Notification further covers provisions on aromatic substances, contaminants, pesticide residues and hygiene.

Entry into force notes
This Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal except Clause (f) and Clause (ğ) of Article. 13 which enters into force on 1 January 2011 and 1 July 2011.

The provisions of this Notification are governed by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
