Notification No. 2012/11on the entrance into the country of personal consignments of products of animal origin.

This Notification sets forth the principles and procedures on the entrance into the country of personal consignments of products of animal origin of a non commercial character as being a part of passengers luggage or are sent as small consignments to private persons or ordered by mail, telephone or internet and delivered to the consumer. This Notification is drafted in accordance with the European Commission Regulation No. 206/2009/EC on the introduction into the Community of personal consignments of products of animal origin and amending Regulation (EC) No 136/2004.
